Refund policy

At Nivaasya, we take great care in handcrafting each pet bed with love and precision. As a result, we accept exchange and we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned — so we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us via:

• Include your Order ID, clear photos of the issue, and your reason for exchange

No Return / Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size ordered

• Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences

• Minor wood scratches 

• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not reported within 3 days

Shipping for Exchange

If your exchange is approved:

• We will arrange pickup in select areas, or

• You may need to courier the item back to us

• Replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original product

• Once its approved the product will be redelivered within 3-5 working days.
